"1st day went to office to decline room service came back from breakfast and room service was being done. 2nd day late check out was approved 1 hr. Went to breakfast came back 30 min early but room key wouldn’t work and all my belongings were removed including my medicines. Each time office said Sorry as if that’s gonna solve our issue. We are very disappointed with management."

"The sign said Motel 6, not Vagabond Inn. That was confusing. Woke up not being able to shower, use toilet, brush teeth, etc because the water was literally drips coming out of the faucets. Horrible towels that looked like rags. Didn’t even bother trying to get my money back. But I will never stay there again much less use a Vagabond Inn…or Motel 6, whatever it was."

"We stayed here for a single night on our way through the Northern Cascades with our daughters 8 and 10. What a find! The staff were super helpful. There were lots of return guests. The beds were comfortable. The laundry was great and clean. The walls were on the thin side but not awful. Pool and hot tub were excellent and we did the river tubing with our girls. We would definitely stay here again."

"Booked 2 days stay as 2 separate booking. Hotel messed up the room assignment with a smaller one on the 2nd day than paid but was able to merge the 2 when checked in for the "proper" room (reviewed separately for problems of unusable internet and TV, front door and closet door damage, not vent for very wet bathroom after shower). Got a message that we left stuff in the room after first night - apparently staff on new shift didn't get the message of staying for a second night (until checking...
