"Staff and check in in was ordinary. But the hotel itself is falling apart. The rooms were so filthy they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. The towels were paper thin, the shower took 10+ minutes to get hot. The phone was messed up and we would get front desk calls people asking for rooms and towels. You can literally hear someone coughing or whispering outside your bedroom door. All around just save your money this is in a bad neighborhood too. Expedia said it was 4 stars that was a lie!"
