"Clean room Nice beach view Nice bar Fridge didn’t work good"

"I had been calling all day and nights at the front desk but no answer for the whole night we were there. Even when we are still not checked in, the phone just kept on ringing. The bathroom light was out and housekeeping should have noticed it when they cleaned the room from previous guests. No TV in the room or pen and paper to write. The room smells. The parking was terrible and not a lot of parking space. There's no hair dryer in the bathroom and everything seems to be downgraded. The only positive thing was the view. VERY DISAPPOINTING STAY. WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN IN THIS HOTEL."

"It was a very nice hotel, all the staff members were super friendly and made sure you were happy! The only issue was the shower head was too low for us! I am 5’6 and my husband is 6’4! We had to really bend to take a shower! It needs to be lifted up or replaced with a rain shower head."

"Everything about the property is beautiful, the staff was wonderful just being able to walk out of the hotel and be on the beach was a wonderful experience. "

"It’s a beautiful hotel, but the staff wasn’t necessarily the most helpful and there were a few stains in our room. At the restaurant, the waitress seemed to be rushing my husband and I during our anniversary dinner. Kind of a disappointing trip."

"No pool; this was the main purpose for purchasing this hotel. dead center of the beach and prefect view. needs a little upgrade o the rooms. all in all the kids had a great time. No breakfast."

"overall my family had a great time at the Moxy vb. Loved it was oceanfront and valet parking is right across from the hotel. Our room did have a mini fridge which is a huge plus. Just wish they would add microwaves and it would've been perfect! There is one in the lobby to use but sometimes you just want to order door dash and stay inside. Each night was an activity at the bar. Never a boring night."
