The location was perfect if you like being further down and out of the chaos. It’s located at the end of the boardwalk. The oceanfront was perfect. The pool was great! One of the best ones we saw while walking the boardwalk and strip. The food was good. The staff was super nice and welcoming. The beach was clean and well maintained.

Elaine went above & beyond to make the stay amazing! She was able to accommodate my family in a new room immediately upon notification that the tv in our original room was not working. Room was spacious and clean, balcony was spacious with a beautiful view, staff was friendly and helpful, and beach access was great! My only complaint is that the outdoor pool was cold and the lifeguards at the pool were constantly yelling at the kids for the dumbest things. They weren’t doing anything wrong and were threatened to lose pool privileges.

Overall I felt it was an incredibly overpriced room. Very bare bones. Yes nice to be right on the beach with balcony and view. Decent buffet breakfast and nice reception staff. However room held nothing special. Cleaners knocked on our door at 9 am. Gave us 3 new towels. Never came back to remove dirty towels, to clean tub or make beds. No wonder grout in tub/shower not well cleaned. Very underwhelming for $500 a night I have to say.

Great staff they are very accommodating. The elevator broke down and we wasn’t aware of the pool being under construction. I still enjoyed my stay.
