The toilet was kid-sized. The water level in the toilet bowl was very high. The toilet water touched my butt. The showerhead and handheld switch were broken, and the bathtub was clogged. The USB connectors on the desk lamp bases in both rooms were loose and unusable. Bugs’ dead body hangs on the ceiling....

"The rooms in this motel have recently been remodeled and are very clean and comfortable. The exterior of the motel was being repaired and painted during our stay and so should soon look good as well. Parking was plentiful and convenient and seemed very safe and secure. This is a two floor property, stairs are required to access the second floor (I don't believe they have an elevator). Unfortunately, the only toiletries provided are very small, waxy bars of soap and shampoo in packets (like...

"Nice enough hotel, but Lord when your walking in the front door (tired hating Cali traffic)and all you want that front desk person to do is her job..be nice cordial…she was short, scripted and curt. You realize that actually hurts when your tired!??"

"We had several issues with the thermostat either to cold or to hot leading to very poor sleep. They moved us to a new room but we had the same problems. Their engineers had to play with the valve or switches and it still did not work right. So we had a tough night sleep and thats we came to use the facilities. Now the good news by expressing our issues Hilton was apologetic and really made things right by issuing a refund for partial stay and ...

"The room was very clean. Clean bathroom and shower. Bed was nicely arranged. Even though there was no closet space, that did not prevent my wife and I to experience a comfortable overnight stay. No complaints. Staff was very friendly. There are many shops and restaurants to choose. A very family friendly atmosphere. I would stay there again."

"We checked in at 11:30 pm. The door to the lobby is locked and you have to talk through the door glass. They checked us in through a slot. We were not allowed to go in the lobby for check in or check out. Then they wanted a $50 deposit for in case we “caused damage” to the room. Really? We were going to bed and getting up and leaving at 7:30. Two 70 year olds without kids or dogs. I made a stink and he waived the fee but not without warning me THREE you better not mess with our room. So weird. "

"Room was clean, neat and well stocked with necessities... Comfortable bed with lots of fresh and fluffy pillows. In room coffee was surprisingly good...... No hot water and really low water pressure in bathroom the first day because the sink faucet was broken. Maintenance guy fixed it the next day and there was hot water, but water pressure was still very low and it came out at a trickle. However, water pressure for bath/shower and toilet was fine....There was no thermostat control for the air...

"My stay required a place to sleep 6-7 hours nightly. The room was clean, and the site manager was very helpful. My only comment about my stay was the bed was not firm; it was hard. Other than that, it was a good short-term stay!"
