"It was beautiful! The staff was very friendly and helpful at check in and out. The wait staff in the dining area was very attentive and friendly. Actually all the staff we encountered was very friendly. Would definitely be back! "
"This place had the cleanest and nicest bathroom of any hotel I've ever been in. The sliding door to the bathroom was odd at first, but it worked, although the space was quite small. For a casino, everything was very standard, like any other hotel, which was a bit disappointing, but it still had an upscale feel. It was a smoking casino floor, which came into other areas of the first floor, killing the ground floor atmosphere. The casino also blocks the most kid friendly food options. I would rate this hotel not kid-friendly. We came for a concert at the amphitheatre. The ONLY way to go! The shuttle passes were a bit expensive, but totally worth it. No lines in or out. No waiting. Perfect! for this venue. And I loved every staff member I came into contact with. Friendly, knowledgeable, and nice. Overall, it was a terrific experience."
"We had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The resort itself had so much to do — we enjoyed swimming and trying out restaurants. They also offer free lake activities like paddle boarding and water biking. However, we didn’t make it down there. It was a little too chilly for our kiddos.
We happened to visit during their fall festival, which was such a fun bonus! There were free bounce houses and plenty of activities for the kids, which kept them entertained and happy. Overall, it was a great experience for both adults and children, and we’d definitely come back again."
