"We really enjoyed our stay at the Lodges at TimberLake. The area is beautiful. Check inn was quick and easy. The cabin was clean and tidy. Up to date refrigerator microwave and televisions with great picture and selection of channels. Staff was very friendly. Check out was super easy as well. We enjoyed the location was a little out of the way for being peaceful but close enough to the shows and top of the rock that it was perfect for us. Loved the cabin. The bed could have been more...
"Room was fine. Air conditioning was extremely noisy but cooled the room fine. Toilet stool ran all the time. Told front desk staff. Very good continental breakfast. Pool and hot tub were good. Biggest concern was barking dogs inside the motel very early in the morning, and continual slamming of doors. The staff was very friendly!"
"We want to thank all the staff for making our stay wonderful. The check in an out, room, food (both breakfast and dinner), pool, dining area and popcorn was great. We always enjoy staying here. Stay blessed always!"
"The property was beautiful and the rooms completely updated/modern. Everything clean and the amenities were beyond what we expected. Everything staff member we came in contact with was friendly, helpful and pleasant. I forgot a small bag and it was already discovered and put in the office before I even called about it. Would DEFINITELY stay there again!!"
"The hotel upgrades were very nice ... looked great. However, there was little to no sound insulation between the rooms. Alarm in adjacent room woke us up four times beginning at 5:20 AM; continuing as the occupant used the snooze feature. Hotel breakfast needs much improvement; after seeing the offerings, we went to a nearby restaurant for breakfast."
