"Excellent "

"Staff were excellent. A few minor issues (iron leaking, phone not working in room, lock not working properly). The room was “clean”. The carpets could use a shampoo along with the couch which had multiple stains and spots. Overall it was comfortable enough. "

"It is ok/fine if you get it for a good price, knowing what to expect at a budget hotel. They ran out of breakfast (which is basically cold cereal and bagels). "

"Really liked this hotel. Clean and comfy. One elevator was down and the working one was slow. The pool is tiny. But location was great and rooms were nice."

"Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Rooms definitely need a facelift. Very musty old carpet, my bedroom door was falling off the hinges, tons of patchwork/damage to walls/doors, old furniture. Even just changing furniture and slapping some cheap flooring down would be a huge help. It’s in a safe area, and not a bad place to stop and rest for a night or two, but if you’re looking for something updated this is not for you. I didn’t mind it, I only needed to sleep two nights here for work, and I’m not much of a hotel snob. But I would say for the price, I expected a little more. "

"There was plenty of parking. The breakfast was the usual continental breakfast. It seemed pretty good. The only things I didn’t like was our room smelled musty and sour. Also, the shower curtain needs to be replaced. There were some rips on it. "

"I am obsessed with the layout of the 1 bedroom king condo suite and how affordable it was for what we got! It was super clean and beautiful, intuitively designed for privacy with beautiful views. The resort property is beautiful and welcoming, we had a blast bicycling around and exploring. Only thing we needed was maybe 5 days there instead of 2.5"

"I stayed here exactly 2 years ago for about the same amount of time(5 days/4 nights) and back then it was 5 stars. This stay was definitely not up to par. The breakfast was ok, when it was even out there!!! Most of the time, there was none of the food that my son and i normally get, either they need to better regulate how much people take, or restock all of the food better!!!"
