"Our room was spacious, and generally quite clean.
Nice to have a fan available for the bedroom as there wasn’t an air conditioner (or tv) in there.
Bathroom/shower recess was a little moldy/dirty.
Fridge frosted up and not closing properly.
Staff were very helpful.
Great location, some of the surrounds lacking maintenance/cleaning. Gardens old and unkept. Stairwells/passageways needing cleaning/maintenance.
Gave off a tired feel. "

"Le cadre est exceptionnel : on se retrouve plongé dans la nature où nous avons pu observer des animaux (perroquets, opossum et même une sorte de renard) le logement est bien décoré et confortable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la visite privée (avant l’horaire d’ouverture du parc) qui nous a permis de voir les koalas un peu plus actifs. En bonus il y a une belle piscine et un accès à des machines à laver . "

"Great staff and fantastic comfortable rooms. The hotel is in central part of Newcastle and everywhere you can just walk. For your comfort the hottel offers free parking space in the garage, as well as possibikity to us guest laundry for free.
Just perfect for shorter or longer stay. Please keep in mind the receprion is not 24hrs open so you need to get the dor key code in advance, if you are planning to check in latrme"
