We had a poor experience at this hotel, especially considering that we paid nearly $250 a night for what felt more like a motel than a hotel. We missed our first night due to train connection delays. As soon as we found out, we called the hotel directly -we were insured by Visa, we were not able to arrive that night and told them...
"Well located near Bryggen, Floibanen, Fish Market. Other parts of town are easily accessible on foot as is the Sentrum train station. The area can be bit loud at night although this wasn't a problem for us. Overall a nice stay for our 2 nights in Bergen."
