Nice hotel. Farther from the airport than expected however, and much farther from town center. A 40 min tram to town and 40 min return trip stopping 18 times was not pleasant to do 1-2 times per day! Delicious breakfast was included.

This hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable. Perfect for 1 night before a flight home. We used the gym which was excellent. There is a gas station and fast food options within a quick walk. Breakfast was included and was great. The parking was also free which was nice

Room was clean & staff courteous & breakfast was very good. The only issue we had was the name of the hotel including 'airport' which made us believe, when booking it, that it was close enough to the airport to have some sort of transport arrangement to it. As far as we could see it is the furthest hotel away from the airport that purports to be close to it. We were a little disappointed to find that we had a 5-10 min walk with our suitcases, including downstairs, to the light rail and then to the airport. Admittedly on checking their details online there was no mention of a shuttle bus but there was also nothing to say how their customers could get to the airport. Strongly recommend that there should be!

Great hotel for families

Super hotel. Went out of their way to make it easy for our family. Food was very good and the staff very friendly. Free parking in large lot in front of hotel. Will stay there again!

Thon Hotel Bergen Airport Review

Our room was nice, clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was newer and nice. The breakfast was really good-lots of food and great variety. The coffee was not good. It was great to have a washer and dryer. Too bad there weren't at least two of each. Also there needs to be better instructions for the dryer posted on the wall. The filter needs to be cleaned and the water emptied out or your dryer is not going to last very long.

Fantastic stay

Great comfortable hotel, large room with and excellent breakfast with huge selection included. We were able to use a washing machine on site, there is a gym & sauna, squash court. Very close walk to a shopping centre and close to the airport. Taxi or bus to the main Bergen area

We have a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room is very clean and staff is very friendly. The breakfast is the best you can get from a hotel. We stayed at one Thon Hotel in Svolvaer one night and felt really good, so booked again at Bergen. Highly recommended
