"The studio was ok but virtually all of the photos were not of the studio but of other listings which looked much nicer than the one I booked. Very disappointed that parking was not listed as first come first served, so I had no parking. "Manu is a very friendly and helpful host! The flat is located in a close, so I was a bit concerned about safety at first, but seeing local children playing safely in the square right in front made me feel completely at ease. Unlike the city centre, it’s not an area packed with restaurants, but there are pubs and convenience stores nearby, so even if you don't cook every day, you’ll easily manage without any problem. "The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented. My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold. Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. "We did not receive any correct check-in information, and the owner of the property was not reachable. I had to call Expedia. While the staffs at Expedia were very helpful, they couldn't reach the owner either. After three hours of calling, Expedia was finally able to find alternative accommodation for us. Unfortunately, this made the experience with this facility very unpleasant and I would not recommend this place."
