Got a room last second, toilet was clogged however maintenance and house keeping came quickly to fix the issues and supply clean towels. Very happy with the service. Plenty of open air parking (we have a taller van so parking garages are not good for us)

Hotel Zaza Houston Museum District
Nice room- thought it would be fancier. The bathrooms were really nice! When we got back from out event there was a charcuterie board waiting for us. Loved that suprise!!

At first glance, the room was spectacular, spacious and comfy. On further inspection there were several little issues.
