"The room was clean and spacious. King bed was comfortable twins were not. Room was above function room with loud music which drag on until 11:30 PM. Travelers should be informed of that before they book.Everything else was excellent exactly what we’ve experienced over the last 20 years of staying at the Cman. Very disappointed by the noise."

"They Changed my room booking due to being over booked. Stated "gave you mountain views". Open curtain and it was view of dumpsters. The person we starred check in with swapped with another person to tell us about room change. Food vending prices are high. Flat pillows with absolutely not life left in them. Very small pool."

"Rosa in the breakfast area is so nice! We stayed here for a hiking weekend and when she saw I was trying to fill up my water bottle, she came and helped me. When juice accidentally got on my friend, she brought her into the kitchen area so she could clean her hands even though we said it was okay. She was so sweet and nice and made our experience during breakfast so enjoyable! "

"The check in staffer was fine, she let us get in to our room a little earlier which was great because we had been traveling for several hours. And when I asked for an extra set of towels (2 adults and 1 teen) she brought them fairly quickly. Room was ok you get what you pay for, furniture a lil old and a very small tv. "The room, at a glance appeared clean. But, Someone (property manager) should visit each room and check the cleaning. The baseboard tops in our bathroom and the floor corners are dirty. (room 404). The carpet vacuuming should be checked at the points were the carpet meets the walls and bed. A nozzle should be used. The bed and pillows were very nice and comfortable. Counter tops were clean. "Upon arrival, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and was decorated so cutely! The breakfast in the morning was delicious and the dining room had great vibes. The location was great for a trip to Loon. This would also be a great place in the summer to explore the area!"

"Nice lobby with cozy fireplace, books, games, and coffee station. Breakfast was decent, though we didn't experience what others had raved about. They had a group of school kids staying, so I guess they ran out of better breakfast options. Would be nice to have some more fruit options and not just a sugary type of yogurt. It was also very noisy in room with others walking by in the morning; you could hear everything in the hallway. That said, comfortable bed and the amenities at the athletic club...
