"Everything was great. Right from parking in the spacious car park to the welcome within. Room was spotless & comfortable. My dog was with me & made welcome too. He was even provided with pack of goodies and dog toys. Above and beyond. The evening meals were also delicious, with lovely presentation. Staff were all so kind and friendly. Great spot for access to the New Forest. Will definitely stay again. "

"This is an older hotel, very close to the High Street and a short walk to The Priory and waterfront. The room was very nice, large bathroom. The bed wasn’t terribly comfortable but we were only there for two nights. I loved the tea set up in our room that included a variety of organic teas, fresh milk, kettle and cookies. "Saff are brilliant, very friendly and really wanted to help unfortunately regional senior management still have not provided a deafguard as required by the equality act 2010 putting both myself and staff at risk in a fire, also interior is getting tired, i had a flooding issue in room 19 and room 15 smelt damp musty and needs a deep clean."
