Terrible location on busy highway. Couldn’t make left turn. Noisy bathroom fan, small bathroom but clean, nice safe shower. Crabby evening desk clerk. Near JJ Audubon Park which was good. Mostly chain, fast food nearby.

The property was fine the staff friendly and it was clean But why why would you have the beds so high 36-37 inch high for a 5’3 elderly woman I had to push the sofa over to the bed crawl up on the sofa then crawl up on the bed It’s a hazard to get in and out just need to cut the base down It was horrible to do in the middle of the night Needs fixed Will NOT stay there again There was no information of the high beds on website that would have kept me from making a reservation Again I will NOT stay there just due to the bed height
The couch moved over to bed so I had to climb on couch then climb up on the bed which was still high from the couch for a 5’3 elderly it was 36-37 inch from the floor

My room was clean and comfortable, and the maid service always made sure that the room was in great condition when I would come home after a long day's work. I was not too keen on the late 4:00 PM check in. I had been driving for 8.5 to 9 hours, and just wanted to take off my shoes and decompress, however I had to wait an additional two hours to check in. All this with a prepaid reservation.

Breakfast area poorly maintained

From the time we arrived all but one employee was most helpful, curious and interested in making our stay a pleasure. We asked for a down stairs room and were allowed to stay in one. We appreciated that so much we made reservations for next year. Regard the young lady w/ the scary body art in the breakfast area, you could have stolen the refrigerator and she would not have known because she was glued to her phone. We ate breakfast each morning and I believe we say her get up twice. The breakfast area tables were not kept clean rather we had to wipe them down ourselves. She dis clean some around the food while spraying the food and everything w/ whatever was in the bottle. She expressed no concern for cleanness or condition of the breakfast area including the food.
