"Did not live up to “La Quinta” standards in my opinion. Seemed like a run down hotel with à la Quinta sign. Our room had what appeared to be mold on the wall by the AC unit. Had a tv bracket on the wall with a tv on a stand below it. Bathroom floor was dirty. The floor at breakfast was sticky on your shoes. Seems the cleaning could be better."

"We reserved a room in April, arrived late in the day 11pm, and was told that the room we reserved some just left so the room is not ready and that they didn’t have room services due to it being late in the day. The front desk clerk offered to check the room and just change the sheets. We had no choice but to stay due to it being late. Room and bathroom is dirty. We were told they could not do anything for us due the third party reservation. "

"For it's location, the property is excellent. Overall, it was very good. The staff are super friendly and courteous. The amenities are not the best, but also not bad at all. If you need to stay in Winters, Texas...this IS ABSOULTELY WHERE YOU WANT TO BE. The hotel is average is most ways. It is maintained well and is very clean and there is nothing offensive here at all. I would say that the fitness center needs to open earlier than 6:00 am and probably should be 24 hours like most places. I had...

"I really had a great stay. There was not one thing that I would change. I just thought the price I paid was a little much for the area and the value of the breakfast. But everything about my stay with the staff and the cleaninesses was great."

"Only 1 towel in the room for 2 people. Asked for another one and was told they didn't have anymore. Room smelled terrible and was full og gnats. Trash was on the floor of the room amen we arrived. "

"The AC worked great and the beds were comfortable so I slept great. Although the bathroom was outdated and the sink had been painted and was peeling the water pressure in the shower very good once you could get the lever pulled up. I had to get my husband to do it and try not break the faucet. There was an odor in the room that I believe was from some painting that had been done. Everything I had smelled of this when I left. There was no volume on the TV. We would not stay here again. "

"This place is run down, dirty, and loud. The furniture is from the 90’s and the pull out couch is like sleeping on a torture rack. We found several items in our room that seemed to have been left by former guests, and other signs of haphazard cleaning. There was a very loud party going on downstairs in the ballroom with bass so loud we could feel it until after 10 PM! And the hotel staff didn’t warn us or seem to care. The breakfast was mediocre and the pool was nothing special. Hard pass."

"Hotel was nice. Close drive to a lot of dining options. Price was pretty high for a hotel in Abilene. Not sure it's totally worth the cost. Took a star off due to cost. "
