"Parking , Check in & check out was easy. The floors had a sticky residue to them. I wore some brand new white socks on the floors and they instanly were dirty. Bathroom seat was wobbly and had some sticky residue on it as well. Loud noises coming from the small fridge. Pillows extremely flat. Not enough towels in the room for 2 people. "

"We will never stay there again!!! No where on there page stated no dogs we arrived and saw dog stations then 2 days later ask to leave I’m handicap my dog is blind and not well "

"Roam was very clean and loved that they take off every sheet including the mattress cover when cleaning the roams for the next guest. I didn’t like that it said every 3 days they would have someone clean the room, we were there for 4 days and no one came to clean anything "

"I moved to this hotel at the last minute. I was at a resort in Mission Beach paying a ridiculous amount of money per night, and it was not great. It was loud (excessively so…I could hear balcony doors opening at 5am that sounded like thunder, not to mention screaming and music all night and early morning) and outdated. The Hampton on the other hand, was beautiful, clean, quiet (except for the Elephant upstairs); parking was cheap, breakfast was included, and the staff were amazing. Highly recommend "

"Parking was easy, rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. I also appreciate and liked the bathroom and shower a lot. Only bad things were that the room was not ready when we first got there and that the key cards were somewhat faulty. Otherwise and overall, a pretty good stay and I would stay here again."
