"i spent 4 nights with my family and throughout our stay we got no room service, even though there was a sign that said room service after three days none was provided to us. We had to call the front desk and request clean towels and toiletries. No breakfast we had to pay for everything literally. We also had to pay a fee per night that they say its for the fire works.
