"I booked a room here with two beds two months in advance because it was in close proximity to our venue. Advised upon arrival that they only had rooms with a king-size bed.
The girl at the desk had started employment that day as cleaning staff and was left all alone to process guests. She phoned the owner/manager for assistance, which was fruitless. The second time she called, he spoke to me and gave me some excuse about problems with the portal and it was their fault regarding the room...
