"The hotel is amazing and staff so professional and friendly. A little mistake on not giving is a courtyard first floor room that i had requested but had given us a second floor courtyard which did not work as i am handicapped and no elevator in just this one area of the hotel. The manager immediately gave us a great room and took off 50 dollars for the misunderstanding. Really great experience. "
