"The location is beautiful with ski slopes and the golf course. Our room needed updating. The bed was comfortable. The heating/ cooling thermostat was hard to use and the blower was right next to the bed and very loud when it went on. The bathroom was nice, but the shower was tight."

"Everything about this majestic hotel was exceptional—truly a highlight of our journey home to Canada from Florida. Although we arrived several hours early, we were graciously welcomed the moment we stepped in (still dressed in summer clothes from a much warmer climate than the 5° temperature!).
