staff at the front desk was courteous, helpful and kind enough to share with us his knowledge about the civil war and point to us the places to go, he made our trip more interesting and gave us an idea what to do and where to go. Room was clean and complimentary breakfast was great. Breakfast dining staff was friendly. Breakfast is my important meal of the day and she made your stay feel like home.

Everything was clean, the 3rd floor room had a great view of a sunset, and the breakfast, also on the third floor had everything tasty, just what we needed.😊And I especially was happy for the fireplace in the reception area! Best Best Western hotel we have visited as a family of four right in front of Gettysburg cemetery. Honestly a perfect stay in a very impressive building with Holiday season decorations and impeccable room. You have a view over the battlefield during breakfast. Beat the crowd in the summertime and come the weekend before Christmas - you got the entire place with 10 other guests
