"I would like to say that my Husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Element Hotel downtown Calgary! The staff were amazing to say the least! The rooms are immaculate, comfortable and there was everything we needed and more in our room. And the bathroom was beautiful, very clean and roomy. I am an elderly lady who uses a walker to get around and I had not one problem with our room. Excellent lay out
And also the staff in the Restaurant on the 12th floor were a wonderful a great crowd so friendly. Great atmosphere! Food was delicious and the views were amazing! What a great experience we will Definitely be back. J. Hudson FSJ B.C"

"The staff were very nice and helpfull, but the quality of the room was rather poor, the enamel was peeling off the bathroom floor and the shower head shot a jet out onto the floor. We were also only left with one small towel at the beginning. None of these issues ruined the experience totally but overall the hotel was rather mediocre"

"First time staying here (for a concert at the event centre) and I would definitely come again. The property was clean and well maintained with plenty of parking. The inside was spacious and bright. The friendly staff at the front desk got me checked in right away and up to my room. The room was very clean and had a great mountain view. Was able to get a good night's sleep and had a delicious breakfast at their restaurant. Front desk staff were able to get me checked out quickly and on my way. Definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the area."
