"Property was clean. Staff was friendly and organized. Really nice to talk to. Rooms were clean and spacious. The pool, hot tub and gym were well maintained. Great location in Kingston. Will definitely stay again"

"Breakfast was so so. Everything seemed to be bla. Even the mild coffee was very dark and not very tasty. Left the Hotel and went to Tim Hortens for coffee
Ice machine on our floor "3rd" was out of order.
By looking at the bathroom, especially shower, you wouldn't think this was a new hotel."
