Holiday Inn Express & Suites Downtown Ottawa East by IHG
Unfortunately, there was no room service available, and when I requested water—even offering to pay for it—I was informed that I would need to purchase it from the market. Additionally, the receptionist did not seem very welcoming or helpful, which negatively impacted the overall experience.

For the money, you should stay at the fairmount instead. The room didn’t feel particularly clean, it was never cleaned, and the valet took over 40 minutes to get our car
