"The staff were very nice and answered all the questions I had. The pool is huge and they have a hot tub. They are updating the hotel now, which is needed. The rooms and decor are very updated. The breakfast was nice and of course we loved the waffle maker. Would definitely stay again and I'm sure it will be better after update. Thank you to the staff for making us feel at home."

"Spent 4 nights (5 days) and our room wasn’t cleaned at all. On the 3rd day, we called their attention, the cleaner and his supervisor came to let us know they were very busy and wouldn’t be able to clean our room, we only asked them for clean towels. They promised to clean our room first the next day, but they didn’t clean our room till we checked out, which was very bad. On the third day, the WiFi password was tampered with (I believe this was done by the hotel for reasons known to them). For half a day, we couldn’t communicate with families and friends, not until we met with the staff at the reception and she gave us another WiFi connection. The hotel itself, parking was good, breakfast was okay (not much variety), atmosphere was fine, even though you could see people hanging around the front door, smoking. I think the State uses the hotel for people that need housing as well, which makes the hotel partly ‘public’."
