"Good breakfast buffet included in the room price. Excellent location close to museums and the king’s palace. However we could never cool off our room. We were there 8/31 and turned on the a/c. On 9/1, the system switched to heat. Took us a while to figure out how to change the mode since the instructions ..."

"Location is fantastic. 9* The room size is small clean which is alright. Noisy external tram / train noise. Later midngt, young guys with loud music hanging around. At 3am next door room had late ngts screaming laughing. Hard to sleep."
