"Clean room, great shower, awesome balcony on the river side, friendly staff! We had bloody mary's & omelets for breakfast - which were great!
Wonderful girls trip! "
"Always the perfect stay at White Bear Lake Best Western!! The food, pool and hot tub are top notch. The owner checks in with you to make sure you have everything you need fantastic place to vaycay"
"The room was clean. I had to plug everything in when I arrived. I was so excited to go sit in the hot tub after my long trip only to discover it hadn’t worked in over 2 years! Very disappointing so if that is a must for you, don’t book this hotel. The free breakfast was a bunch of cereal that looked a couple months old the usual waffle maker and packaged pastries. Very unappetizing. Overall, it was quiet and I never saw any staff after check in."
"My 3yr old found clumps of hair like ripped out of a hairbrush next to the bed...
Staff were friendly...
Breakfast was ok, consistently out of things.. milk machine was broke
Didn't use hot tub too many people"
"The room was clean, overall the facility is dated and needs upgrades. Staff was very nice. Easy to get to location near a fair number of food choices. "
