The buffet was amazing! Some traditional food some western food. Donuts, smoothies and ice cream! Coffee and lattes and the hotel was extremely clean and safe! You can walk to Universal and it is really close to the metro! We loved our stay here! Oh and an added bonus they had hot dogs and ice cream at night for free! Make sure to pay for the morning buffet though well well well worth it!

The hotel has two free baggage storage rooms where you can leave your bags before check in and after check out. The morning buffet was good with both western and Japanese breakfast choices. Each floor has a vending machine and microwave oven area. Room was clean and reasonably spacious. Check in and check out was easy.

Fantastic family accommodation just a short stroll from Universal Studios. The breakfast buffet was really nice and catered to western and eastern cuisine. The free drinks and sweets during certain hours was a bonus too!

I stayed at 5 hotels during my 2 week visit to Japan. This was by far the oldest, most run down hotel of the lot. Rooms were small, old, with limited amenities.

It was very close to the Universal City station and Universal Studios. Lots of dining options and amenities. But very quiet inside (i.e insulated). Breakfast and staff were fantastic too!
