Decent place but age is starting to show

Mostly great staff and they cleaned the room very well each day. Most of the receptionists were helpful though one was not so much. Convenient location near 3 malls within 1 minute, near a major station to get to Nara, Kyoto, Kobe, and around Osaka. Lots of places to eat and shop.

the location of the hotel is superb, lots of shopping malls and restaurants, easy to commute to anywhere in Osaka/Kyoto, nothing to complain about. But the facilities inside hotel room are kinda old, the wifi connection is so poor that it is not usable at all, ridiculous. The only thing I can recommend is the huge bed, quite cozy.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Japan. The rooms are impressively spacious, clean, quiet, and incredibly comfortable – perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk to the train station, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were outstanding – friendly, professional, and always eager to assist. The only downside was the lack of laundry facilities, which would have been a great addition. Overall, an excellent choice for a comfortable and convenient stay!
