Hotel was in a super convenient location for transportation and food. The room was clean but there wasn’t storage under the bed for luggage which sucked. Also no laundry facilities which was surprising. But there was a coin laundry not too far away. Staff were friendly and had our luggage waiting in our room after we forwarded it which was nice.

Great location with many stores nearby. The only downside was the lack of a safe in the room. Some staff were very friendly, but service toward Japanese guests like me sometimes felt less welcoming.

Convent location-shopping, eating, transportation hub. Direct bus to Itami airport. JR station Haruka train to Kansi airport. Subway station nearby. Solo room spacious - can open med size luggage. Breakfast is good- variety, tasty.
Hotel lobby on 3rd floor
Hallway fairly soacious
Even tub in washroom
If you use CPAP in solo room, have it place on the bed. Bedside table is too small.
