excellent! can't say enough good things

positively amazing room..massage chair, karaoke setup, projection TV, super cold a/c, whirlpool tub and the room service breakfast was a nice option for a busy (Osaka Expo) stay. All that and a bargain price! Walking distance from Itami Airport and would stay there again anytime I'm in Osaka

This is an adult hotel however kids are allowed. We stayed here for 1 night and the room was huge with massage chair, arcade game, karaoke and a huge bathtub and lots of amenities with curling and flat iron. They have a room service for our breakfast as well which was cool and on time.. we would stay here again if we are around Osaka and near the ITM airport

For the price, it’s practically a luxury hotel by Japan standards. Huge room, nice big bath and bed, although the bed was a bit hard. It’s super close to the airport too, which is a plus for travelers. It is a love hotel so be aware of that, haha. Would stay again.

Our taxi had a little hard time finding the hotel and when we arrived he used a Translator app to ask is "Is this a Love Hotel?". Apparently that part escaped us when booking. That said, the value of the room for the price was amazing. The room was huge with a big jetted tub, slot machine, massage chair, and tons of amenities. All for like $65 a night. If you can overlook the love hotel part, it is very convenient to the airport and the room offered so much. There weren't restaurants or anything around the hotel so not sure I would recommend for an extended stay, but for overnight before a flight it was more than worth it.

It was a hooker motel. In place of an electrical socket near the bed, there were “toys” and their accessories hard-wired. No shower, only a whirlpool that I wouldn’t have dreamed of getting in. Filthy on Japanese standards.

It was not obvious that it was a “love hotel”. I got in late from Chicago with three big suitcases. No one helped me in, she watched me struggle. Then I got to the room, which was very clean, but had very kinky stuff in it. I was not expecting that.

Great value and experience.

What a great surprise! I did not know what to expect, but I was very happy with this property. It is close (1K) to the Itami Osaka International airport. There are 2 train stations on the Hankyu Takarazuka Line, both about 1K/ 20 minutes' walk. Taxi rides from the airport/stations were about 1000 yen. The hotel was very clean and the staff very polite and helpful. The was no restaurant, but the entire menu was room service. I paid extra for the breakfast, and it was delightful. It is an adult only hotel with the amenities that implies. There is a change machine so you can buy from the in-room mini bar/fridge. There is a slot machine, and a vibrating chair. The bath is oversize with a Jacuzzi. The floors are marble and everything was clean. I had never stayed in and adult hotel before, so it was a very pleasant experience. The price was an exceptional value. My thanks to the management and staff for excellent service.

私はカビアレルギーですが、施設に入った瞬間わかるくらいカビ臭かったです。居室も、ベッドルームはなんとかなりましたが、お風呂周りは頭が痛くなるくらいカビ臭が酷かったです。今回、万博でホテルが無かったために滞在しましたが、チョイスがあればおすすめしません。
