Nice hotel, not disappointed.

This is a nice, standard Japanese hotel. Great access to the train and subway and a convenience store right across the street. You are just one train stop away from Namba station near downtown Osaka.

This hotel is cozy and located just across the JR and Nankai Rail Station. Also, you can reach to Metro Station in 5 mins. The location is located in a relatively poor neighbourhood, but I feel safe walking around at night.

In general the place is not too bad, very convenient to the Shin-Imamiya station and further down, there’s another station. However, there’s no eateries around that area.

Its a property at a very convinient location as JR line as well as metro station is near by. Some good eating joints too are near the hotel plus a small zoo is 12 mins walk from hotel. Property is neat and clean with free coffee on offer. Rooms were decent size although found bath tum is bathroom to be small in terms of height due to a beam over it. No water provided is another drawback. There is little (got room on 12th floor) noise of trains but its manageable. View of the main road was beautiful. Overall was good stay for my family.

新今宮駅すぐ向かいのホテルです。鉄道に近いから音が心配でしたけど、部屋の中は静かでした。設備が新しく内装が綺麗で、変な匂いもなくGoodです。化粧水などのアメニティがないのが少し残念でした。南海電鉄ならホームと出口はエレベーターがありますが、JRだとだいぶ遠回りしないと階段しかなく、重い荷物がある時は要注意です。

建物見た目はきれいなのに細部が古臭く、清掃が行き届いていない。 廊下、エレベーターホールは常にホコリが舞っていてびっくり。敷地内駐車場は連泊客用当日フロントで聞かされました。そこはＨＰに書いておけばよいかと。 わかっていたけど周辺の環境は最悪でした。 子連れで泊まるのは避けたほうが賢明です。

大阪関西万博に行った日に宿泊しました。 夜チケットだったので、先にスーツケースを預けたかったのですが、アーリーチェックインなどのサービスがなく、どうしようかな、と思っていた所、弁天町駅で荷物配送サービスを受けることができたので利用しました。1500円で大阪市内なら宿泊先に運んでおきます、というシステム。これは知らなかったのでとっても有難かったです。そこの受付の方も「チサンホテルなら配送でフロント預かりでも安心ですしね、」と勧めていただきました。 お値段だけじゃなく、ちゃんとホテルを選んで良かったなーと思いました。 朝食では味噌汁マシンの味噌が切れていたのですが、素早く対応していただきました。 でも味噌汁マシンそのものがあまり美味しい味噌汁とは言えず、残念でした。 コーンスープは自分で配膳できるシステムなので、味噌汁も同じように機械ではなく自分で配膳できたらいいのにな、と思います。 夜の周辺治安はあまり良くなさそう（路上でタバコを吸ってる人がすごく多い）でしたが、駅からすぐなので心配するような事はなかったです。

地鐵搭到動物園前站出口直走不用十分鐘就到,或搭南海電鐵新今宮站出口的正對面就是了, 附近有便宜的超市也有便利商店google就可找到。但房間真的很小....兩個行李箱若都打開...走道就不好走了

安かったのでおおむね満足です

朝食はおいしかったです。 全て前払いで支払いを部屋付け出来ないのが不便と感じることがありました。 別部屋で宿泊した母が、少し使っていない部屋だったのかほこりっぽかったと言っていました。2泊目は掃除してもらい大丈夫でした。

飯店就在南海地鐵新今宮車站出來過馬路就到了，附近有全家便利商店跟24小時營業的超市，非常棒，房間不太但乾淨，比較不好的是附近有些喝醉的流浪漢睡在地上，但下次還會再訂這間飯店
