"Hotel quite dated throughout, room was a good size and comfortable bed. Cleanliness not up to standard, hairs spotted in bathroom and on towels. Marks on duvet covet. Bathroom could do with a upgrade as looked quite worn. Breakfast was okay, although food was cold. For the price, not worth the stay. Hotel room was very hot and would have expected a fridge for the price. Overall would not recommend or stay again."

"Room was spotless, quiet and perfectly positioned. We stayed in the Jill pod. All the Staff couldn’t do enough and the on site restaurant is a visual marvel. Breakfast was beautiful."

"I have stayed here before when my husband was alive. I stayed here last week as my daughter had her wedding in Lichfield. The rooms are clean and we had two fans, which were needed last week as it was mega hot. The staff are always nice and friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really nice, as was the evening meal. The only downside is you have to pay for parking overnight. All in all though, I would definitely go back in the future."

"Staff were lovely, dinner at the restaurant was fabulous and the rooms we booked were beautifully clean. What let the hotel down was the high temperature of the bedrooms. The air conditioning in the rooms couldn’t be adjusted. There were electric fans in the wardrobes but these didn’t make much of a difference to the room temperature. We booked the Novotel the night before a very early flight to get the best sleep possible but unfortunately none of us (5 people) slept well due to the room...
