"This was a proper ‘old school’ posh hotel where what you’d expect to get, you got! Right from walking through the wrong door the reception saw that our bags were taken to our room no problem and then the restaurant manager bent over backwards as we were only arriving as the restaurant was meant to close. The room was of course upgraded as they figured we’d been travelling as we arrived at 10pm and was perfect! We didn’t stay for breakfast which was a real pity as we overstayed ourselves in the...

"Great location and large room. Check in was good and receptionists was gave plenty of infabout the city. Breakfast was partial buffet and partial order service. The logic of having to order fruit salad and cheese + ham was lost on me. Waited 15 minutes to learn that the order had been lost and than another 10 minutes to receive a coffee and small plate of ham. However, no bread or croissant available on buffet when this was served! Suggest that changes need to be made"
