GREAT hotel for business or pleasure

This is my third stay here and I'll definitely be back. The staff are very helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast is fantastic.

Nice hotel in a great location.

It was a clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The room I stayed in was smaller than I expected, but it had everything I needed. The hotel's location is excellent, as it is close to many of the tourist spots in Genova.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It is in the Centro Storica, just steps from the Teatro Felice. However, it is located on a little side street off of via Roma, so it is very quiet and peaceful. The hotel is clean and modern, and the staff was pleasant, professional and very helpful concerning questions about the city.

Great location!

I really liked this hotel. The location is fantastic and close to everything. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was varied. The shower is small, but the room is a good size compared to many hotels in Europe. They kindly kept my suitcase for me for two days while I traveled to another city.

This is NOT a typical Best Western. It’s a very nice hotel in Genoa’s best location. Helpful staff. On site restaurant. Walk to shops, cares, bars and restaurants.

Best included breakfast we've had so far in a 3 week holiday, really wonderful! Room and location were nice. One real elevator, but that's OK, we are good with stairs. A little tricky to find but good location in Genova. Had a bit of a local meeting as we were coming in. Staff perhaps could have handled the stranglehold/smoking at the door, but otherwise this might be our only complaint.
