En revanche, prestations de l’hôtel laissant à désirer : propreté très moyenne dans la chambre ; draps froissés, serviettes de toilette tachées. Ma che razza di mobili sono?

Che dire? La cosa che lascia sconcertati è l'arredamento della hall e delle parti comuni. Di primo acchito sembra che ci siano dei lavori in corso; poi ci si rende conto che invece si tratta di discutibili scelte d'arredamento. A parte questo, non c'è proprio di che lamentarsi.

Het hotel is prima en het ontbijt buitengewoon. Fijn ook dat de hond welkom was. Ik had wel last van het lawaai van dronken groepen jongeren op straat ‘s nachts en van het lawaai van motoren. Toch voor herhaling vatbaar.

Convenient location just outside the old town

Though not in the old part of town, it is just a short walk. Easily found just 50 m from the roundabout at Orta San Giulio. We chose no breakfast, as it was ridiculous expensive - € 120 for 2 persons for 2 days - in the hotel.com app. Room was clean and OK and bed was fine. We had to search for a person at the reception a few times. Convenient parking downstairs is limited, so book in advance - price € 10 a day is OK

Good Location, a nice balcony in the room and free parking spaces just a few meters outside of the hotel (hotel garage is 10€/day) but unfortunately the wifi did not work properly and we were not allowed to keep our bikes in the room.

Esperienza positiva.

Esperienza positiva, posizione ottima per visitare Orta e l'isola di San Giulio. Camera confortevole e pulita, manca solo un mini frigo che completerebbe il tutto. Personale gentile e accogliente. Colazione abbondante. Sicuramente da tenere in considerazione per il futuro.

Bona sistemazione a Orta San Giulio

Hotel nuovo e pulito in una zona di Orta San Giulio da cui è possibile raggiungere facilmente a piedi il centro e piazza Motta. Camere spaziose e arredamento comodo anche se forse un po' essenziale. Graditi gli articoli per il bagno. Manca forse un bar o almeno un distributore di bibite o acqua all'interno della struttura visto che nelle vicinanze non c'è moltissimo a parte una gelaterie e un pub.

Soggiorno in coppia per due notti. Accoglienza, servizio, pulizia gradevoli. Parcheggio a pagamento, vicinissimo al centro storico di Orta. Avendo la mezza pensione, abbiamo cenato nel ristorante che si trova nel centro storico di Orta: cene varie e squisite. Consiglio l’hotel è il ristorante per una vacanza all’insegna del relax!

It was very clean the snacks available were nice car park was good and they got me soya milk and gluten free bread First room had broken tatty shower and air con that didn't work got moved to alternative room nice shower no toilet seat they said they couldn't get one it wasn't comfortable! Air con wasn't that effective Staff were very mixed some helpful some quite rude It was up a hill that was blind and didn't have any pavement The breakfast was a very strange selection no toaster available and the fruit juice was very watered down the water heater broke and it was hard to get water for tea and you were shouted at if you tried to get it from the coffee machine! Great potential needs good management
