"Will definitely stay there again"

"Very outdated/dirty? The bed was clean and the staff were nice but that is about all that was positive about this stay. Pictures are deceiving."

"97 degrees outside. The A/C in my room did not work properly. Sweating all night as it would not cool my room. All I got at the front desk the next morning was, “Sorry.” Will find a different place to stay on my trip out west next summer! :("

"Quiet and clean property. Beds were comfy, shower was hot. Only negative was the pool was almost to cold to swim."

"Very nice place to visit, but tucked away all on its own. Rooms were nice but we were there during a heat wave and room was hotter than the hallway. After trying to cool it down they moved us across the hallway where the AC worked great (why didn't we start there?). Staff was super helpful with the relocate. Restaurant was nice and has a tiny bar area. Walking trail is nothing more than a mowed loop around the property. Rooms were nice and dinner was nice."

"We returned from supper and front desk clerk did not even look up from her phone. A yellow bucket, full of dirty mop, water and a dirty mop was right at the front desk Our Shower had mildew growing along the edge Breakfast buffet might’ve been OK if it had been refilled. We asked if there were any more boiled eggs and we received a sigh and the attendant went back to get some more."

"We were assigned Room 101. Unfortunately, it was not clean. We found several cigarette butts under the bed, which was especially concerning since we were traveling with our toddler. We had expected a clean, non-smoking room. On a positive note, the management was friendly and helpful, but the cleanliness of the room was disappointing."

"The elevators were down so had to take luggage up to 4th floor. The stairwells are not air conditioned and the 4th floor smelled like cooked cabbage. Opened the room and it smelled like dirty bedding. The staff was all VERY friendly. No gluten free safe food options."

"The hotel smelled horrible! the carpets were filthy. Breakfast was unedible. 1 ice chest for 4 floors and it leaked. The shower has mold on the grout. The hot water was cold. Plus no water pressure. The tiles were cracked and broken. We were left 2 large towels, 2 hand towels and 2 washclothes for 4 people. The shampoo and conditioner were empty (I brought my own!) The front desk was non existant. There was a phone number to call, but no one answered. bed sheets were clean and no bugs...
