"The staff was sooooo sweet and helpful.i had the best stay."

"Highly recommend! We came in for a wedding. They took care of the trip before even arriving. Thank you for the early check in to get ready for the wedding, front desk young woman was very nice (forgot her name but said she just had moved into clown) and very good breakfast! Hope the staff and young lady get the attention/ pay for the great service provided! Thanks again. - Daniel"

"Downstairs bathrooms were closed off - The lady at the front desk was fairly rude."

"All reflected in rating. Comfortable bed, clean, convenient to highway, friendly staff, great hot breakfast food. Coffee available all day in the lobby, but no coffeemaker in the rooms."

"I was really pleased with our room. It was thoughtfully laid out and furnished. We were so comfortable and the breakfast was very good. They served cooked oatmeal instead of the usual instant sweetened kind. I will come again."

"The young lady at the front desk is always so happy, pleasant , and cheerful Good location for OU games Clean and today"

"We stayed one night, however we were pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel. Staff were friendly and overall we felt safe."

"Check in was easy. Single king room was nice. However when it was time for bed our a/c unit started making a terrible rattling sound. The phone wouldn’t work to call the front desk. Had to go downstairs to speak to staff — upon speaking to staff, the person behind the counter proceeded to tell my husband that it was just how the compressor sounded when it kicked on. It was a very loud RATTLING — it was NOT normal. Then proceeded to tell my husband that they didn’t have another room on that floor...

"Fabulous and friendly!"

"Friendly staff. Hot breakfast. Shuttle service. Great location for Bricktown access. Having a stocked kitchenette was so nice. Pool looked nice but we didn't swim. Would definitely book again."

"Got in late, agent(Hayden) at front desk said I was booked for two adults two kids, but on my reservation it was only two adults and a one year old . When confirming on screen it says two but he said that’s wrong it’s for four but he don’t know why. Really confused as to the rate I was charged at this resort."

"It was very clean, professional and enjoyable."

"Pillow was smelling like maijuana smell."

"Muy limpio me atendieron muy bien buen servicio"

"This hotel has undergone a major renovation and in a lot of ways, it's much better, but in others, not so much. My friends and I live in the area and go to Affair of the Heart every year and stay in this hotel for one night. There are 5 of us total and so we get a room that sleeps 6. With the renovation, they took out a lot of seating in this room and a long desk that was very useful to us. They also took out the mirror in the kitchen area and with 5 girls putting on makeup and getting ready,...

"The room was very clean. The bed felt amazing! And the air worked great! It was in a great location with lots of food places around!"
