"When I arrived at the hotel, they had no record of my booking. When I informed them that I had booked on hotels.com, they said that's not possible since they had stopped doing all online bookings a year earlier. I was so tired, confused, and unable to get hold of hotels.com. Afterall, my room was paid and confirmed. I asked them if I could just pay out of pocket for the night, just so I could sleep and then sort out the issue with hotels.com the next day. I got a room with no space, leaking...

In as much as the aparthotel looks nice, the construction quality is poor... there are noticeable gaps on the window frame leading to noise disturbance from outside, the shower is not very hot, the faucet in the sink gives oui warm rather than hot and they both take forever to get to...
