10/10 Excellent

"We’ve opted for an upgrade to a connecting rooms as we travelled with 2 kids, aged 13 and 9. The service was excellent. The lounge area was comfortable and welcoming, while we chill as we wait for the room to be ready. They also provide complimentary drinks and popcorn which the kids loved. The rooms were clean, spacious and came with stunning views. Beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We loved the hotel experience and will be back if we’re back in montreux."

"Our room set up was fantastic. Great space and view. It is dated and the carpets really need to be replaced as well as some new lights need to be added to the bathroom. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Location was excellent with the exception of all the set up of the Montreux Jazz festival (of which the hotel warned me of but I had no idea of the magnitude of the event). We would stay again!"

"Really friendly and helpful staff here, easy check in process. Simple room well ventilated with window to open as well as a fan. Eu adapters didn’t fit here but thankfully reception staff were able to help us with this the morning of check out. Really great location super central for shops and restaurants, station also a short walk away. The lake less than 4 min walk! The shower was a little troublesome it had to be angled very strangely and still didn’t get the full benefit. Not a huge amount of space in the bathroom but perfectly fine for one night!"

"Wow! What an oasis from the business of life! Room was wonderful and spacious; beds were great. View from balcony and all eating areas is incredible. Staff was very responsive and helpful with one exception - wanted to make a shorter night by getting some bar food (as advertised) around 6 pm, but only alternative given was the formal dining at 7 pm. Love accessibility to funicular and train network. Grounds meticulously cared for."
