"Great location in the old quarter and breakfast was included which had some local flavors to try."

"Excellent accommodations, especially for the cost. Large, nicely appointed room. Extremely helpful staff. Restaurant was satisfactory. No other customers on the premises, which seemed a shame. Hotel is short walking distance from the town center."

"Very nice I love it. Everything clean customer service was excellent. They surprise me with my birthday. Thank you so much guys for everything."

"Very nice hotel close to all city attractions and very well welcomed by the team The hotel is clean and the room was correct Breakfast was good too "

"Average Stay - Decent, but room for improvement Overall, my stay was okay and met basic expectations. The location was convenient and easy to find, which was a plus. The room was acceptable and reasonably clean, though some amenities felt a bit outdated and could use an upgrade. The staff were polite, but service efficiency and response time could definitely be improved. Breakfast options were simple and acceptable, but lacked variety. If I had not called the number on the hotel.com page, I would not have received the...

"Clean and comfortable. Helpful and educated staff. Close to the city centre."

"Lady at check in grumpy. Allocated standard room when booked Junior suite. Sink leaked at base. Shower screen not sealed so also leaked floor constantly wet. Junior suite spacious and great bed and AC. Well located. If they could fix water issue it would be a good hotel. "

"I came during Ramadan, but I wasn't there much longer, but I really enjoyed it."

"Extremely disappointing experience. Cleanliness: Absolutely zero. Floors: Filthy; walking on them leaves the soles of your feet pitch black. Bedding: Crumbs and food leftovers were left on the bed. Mirrors: Covered in such a thick layer of dust that you can barely see your reflection. Bathroom: Extremely dirty, with a foul smell wafting from it. I will definitely never stay here again."

"Really great, first class hotel located on the tram line. Super comfy beds, wonderful breakfast buffet. Most of all, excellent customer service! The two lovely ladies at the front desk spoke English and answered all of our questions cheerfully. They do need to fix the second elevator 😊"

"Un accueil remarquable, une équipe professionnelle, un séjour à la hauteur de mes attentes. On reviendra .Je vous une bonne continuation. Merci pour tout."

"Nice, comfortable, very clean hotel, just a short distance from the center of town and sights of interest. Staff were friendly and helpful, but perhaps not entirely accustomed to dealing with tourists. Wi-fi in the rooms wasn't as strong as it could have been. Overall, though, a good choice."
