"The breakfast was good with variations over the 4 days. One day our room wasn’t cleaned but we weren’t sure if it was everyday or not. The price was more reasonable than the other hotel close by but it is getting a little shabby."

"We didn’t have any complaints during our stay. We arrived very late, around 4 AM, due to flight delays, and initially had a few issues with check-in. However, the manager quickly resolved everything and made the process much smoother. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, and they even extended our checkout time, which we really appreciated after such a long travel day. The pool was closed, but that wasn’t an issue for us since we weren’t planning to use it anyway....

"Everyone was so nice. I even dropped a bottle of wine in the lobby and they were so helpful about cleaning it up. Didn’t want me to touch a thing. Breakfast is a decent continental breakfast."

"The Tru brand by Hilton is a bit different. Nice large bathroom, hardwood floors and 2 comfy queen beds. I couldn’t quite get used to there being no closet. There are several round discs in the room, where you can put your hang up clothes. There is also a long bench under the tv, where I put my luggage. No ceiling fan. No curtains, but a double set of blinds that go up and down. Seems to be a more streamlined look for Hilton!"

"I stayed on a Friday and Saturday night. The AC started going out the first night, but it was tolerable. Saturday I spent the day at the pool. Customer service at the bar was mediocre because no matter what you purchased they already get a 20% tip. When I went back to my room Saturday afternoon, the AC was completely out. I called and was promised it was gonna be fixed within the next 30 minutes. When it wasn’t, I called back again and they said within the next two hours. When it wasn’t and I...

"The staff was very helpful and pleasant. There was not an attitude checking in or checking out. Every staff member we ran into had a smile on their face. Breakfasts was plentiful and a great selection of foods."

"The good thing about it is that it has separate suites, so you feel comfortable and it’s very quiet."

"Enough for a passing hotel. The price is fine. But it lacks a lot of cleaning. The room smelled bad, it seemed that the sheets had not been changed we found hair in it, they smelled strange."

"A terrible experience. The room was filthy, unsafe, and smelled awful. The front desk staff was very unprofessional and only interested in collecting payment, not resolving any issues guests might have. A terrible hotel that should go out of business."

"Room was clean. Shower needed some scrubbing to get rid of the mold. There was no body wash in the shower. Bottle was empty . I used shampoo to shower with. Coffee in the room was good. The breakfast was delicious. Scrambled eggs, sausage and waffles. Other options also."
