"Only stayed a night but it was really lovely. Staff were friendly and breakfast was 5 star. The bar downstairs is a great addition too. The hotel is situated just a 5 min walk from the station and it's easy to get around by tram or walking. Hopefully I'll get to stay there again 🙏"

"Brilliant stay at a lovely hotel with our toddler who found the hotel magical. The hotel is brilliant and while more expensive compared to other hotels, well worth it. The staff were great and amenities superb. If I had to give some constructive feedback it would be to review the eggs at breakfast - powdered eggs are just not pleasant and for the price I would expect proper eggs. Rest of breakfast was great though! "

"Close to supermarket, transport hub and various restaurants, quiet area. Clean room but no means of opening a window which meant it was quite stuffy. "

"Check in was a bit disorganised, I'd written to ask for a twin room as it wasn't clear if it was possible on the booking and no one had responded ( although they did after I'd checked in) when I checked in I was told no problem, but the room wasn't ready. When we went back there wasn't a twin ro available and we had to down grade to a black room with no windows to get one, but didn't get a discount. You can use only use the pool area to wait if they aren't full with bookings, we went...

"Fabulous hotel in a good location - approx an easy 15 min walk to the centre. Room was quirky, large & extremely comfortable altho there was v little storage space"

"A beautiful old building in the heart of Gothenburg. The hotel was very comfortable, lovely breakfast buffet and friendly staff. Our room wasn't that big, and the shower was on the compact side, but for a two- night stay it was fine."

"Beware. I booked a king city view room only to be lumped in a King room which faced the dirty internal stairway with no light. The hotel staff were very rude saying that this is the room advertised - it was clearly not. The only other city view room they had was a small. We were moved into this room with no offer of a partial refund. Thankfully, after speaking with Expedia, they agreed it was false advertising and refunded our booking."

Twice I moved to get a drink, 1 min, my table was cleared and someone else was siting there. I left my cutlery not on the plate and not together, but nothing worked"
