"We really liked our stay here. It’s a pet-friendly, falls view hotel and staff are amazing! Jane was very kind and attentive. Room was clean.
The reason why I’m giving 4 stars is because of limited breakfast variety. "

"The hotel is lovely- room was beautiful, well kept, spacious, and definitely a lovely place to stay! Easy access to the pub with great food below- for lunch and dinner. Only concern was the "openness" of the upstairs access to the hotel-- anyone is able to walk in the front door and held up the stairs with access to the rooms. "

"The breakfast was good, service was quick.
The only complaint was that when we asked if we needed reservations for supper they said no but did not mention the restaurant closed at 6. We went over at 7:30 pm then noticed the sign, there was nothing else open in the town unfortunately "

"Check in was easy. Received a text with all my needed information. The room was cold at first. The radiator was set to low. Took a few hours to warm up but we left the motel while that was happening. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable."

"Everyone room is unique. The check-in experience was very unique with the worker pouring Prosecco for us and showing us our room.
Samantha, our waiter for breakfast, greet us warmly and explain the menu fully. She even showed us another part of the building where there is a pub."
