"The location is directly across from the train station at Sannomiya. The hotel is on the 17th and 18th floor. There are so many little restaurants and shops. The staff was very polite and helpful. It is very easy to get to other areas of Kobe by train. We plan on returning to Kobe and would definitely return. I highly recommend this hotel."

"고베 산노미야역 근처에 있어서 기타노이진칸, 모토마치와 매우 가까운 편입니다. 또 유명한 맛집인 이스즈베이커리, 스테이크랜드도 도보 5분 거리 내에 있어서 정말 편리하게 이용할 수 있었습니다! 호텔이 돈키호테 바로 앞에 있어서 기념품 구매도 용이합니다. 호텔 객실이나 내부도 리모델링 된 지 얼마 안되었는지 깔끔해서 편하게 쉬기 좋았어요. (방음도 생각보다 잘 되는 편!) 객실 청소도 나쁘지 않았습니다. 체크인/아웃은 셀프로 진행되고, 한국어로 가능해서 편하게 이용할 수 있었습니다. 물, 스킨케어세트, 마스크팩은 직원에게 요청하면 받을 수 있고, 빗이나 머리끈 같은 어메니티는 엘리베이터 입구에서 가져가면 됩니다. 객실에는 샴푸, 린스 같은 어메니티가 비치되어 있어요. 어메니티 종류는 많지 않지만 부족한 건 없었습니다. 다만, 산노미야역~호텔로 오는 길에 캬바쿠라가 있어서 밤에는 상점가쪽으로 돌아와야 하는 게 아쉬웠습니다."
