"The first appearance was nice. Nice view of the bay and the bridge, nice appearance on the outside of the hotel. When we entered the room, the carpets obviously had not been vacuumed, the sliding glass door had no screen door (all the other rooms did have one), the room overall seemed dirty. "The room had a view. It was easily accessible with a power wheelchair. The staff was friendly & let us into the room early so the person in the power wheelchair could get some much needed rest. She was very happy with the room. Location made it easy for her to get to the beach & local restaurants & coffee shops."

"Stayed here for 2 days with family an unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The room was not in good condition and barely met the basic cleanliness or maintenance expectations. What was even more concerning was the exterior of the property—there was a dead bird on the stairway that remained there during our stay, along with a large amount of bird droppings covering the stairs. It was unhygienic, unpleasant, and made the property feel poorly maintained."
