"My stay at reStays was lovely! The staff friendly, helpful and very responsive! I was given a room upgrade which is a nice bonus. When I entered my room, the rainfall shower wasn't working however I called maintenance for help and within minutes Kevin, the maintenance technician came up and fixed it right away.
