"The location is good to travel surrounding areas by walking. Although the building is relatively old, it is good enough for what you need in travel. The most I appreciated is that there is a washing machine in the unit. And the hotel provides the laundry powder but I would recommend to buy the liquid one in 7-11. The hotel provides the rack in the balcony as well. But the bad thing is that the water pressure there is weak. Other than I like to stay there."

"One of the BEST resorts in Chiang Mai. The place is very peaceful and quaint. The resort owner greeted us at check in and ensured we were well taken care of until departure day. The food was fantastic and all homemade. The atmosphere of the area is meant for relaxation. We only stayed 2 days but will definitely return in the next few months. A wonderful place to recharge. "

"When I first got there the balcony door was cracked open. In the night when I went to the toilet I had a mouse in the room. The tile in the shower was falling off the wall. Someone repaired it but they also went through my luggage and a few small items of mine were missing. The sheets were clean but some were stained. For the amount of usd I paid I think this property wasn’t worth it. Some staff was friendly and some seemed to be bothered. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this place."
