Lousy.

Not very impressed, the reason for booking was so we could relax and and have spa and massage treatments. And they said that the person doesn't work the month of August, isn't that busy season.why would I go halfway up a mountain to stay with nothing to do and don't help you with anything.very disappointed.

Ottimo tre stelle, camere comoda anche se un po' piccola così come il bagno e la doccia. C'è l'essenziale e non è poco. Letto comodo pulizia ottima. Personale della reception gentili e disponibili. Però il giorno prima ho chiesto tramite telefono se fosse possibile depositare la valigia in hotel la mattina dell'arrivo, per non lasciarla in auto tutto il giorno, visto che avrei preso possesso della stanza la sera. La risposta dell'interlocutore è stata: non abbiamo posto dove metterla! Per tutto il resto ok

Personale molto cortese e disponibile, la loro gentilezza non manca mai. Ottima la pulizia di tutta la camera, bagno compreso, letto per me molto comodo (non ci si affonda). La colazione è ricca e varia; possibilità del cappuccino con latte di soia o senza lattosio.
