"Good Value, but Comfort and Cleanliness Could Be Improved I chose to stay at the Maple Leaf Motel based on the positive reviews I had read on Expedia. The property is essentially a traditional roadside motel, offering some convenient amenities, including a kitchenette, full bathroom, and ample parking at the rear for RVs and larger trailers. "Loved our time at Sandy Beach Motel! The pristine private beach, beautiful lake views, and spotless, fully equipped rooms made our stay unforgettable. Friendly staff and a peaceful atmosphere—we can't wait to return!"

"Clean room, great staff, beautiful view of the lake and access to the beach! Perfect for a vacation. I think the property is well maintained its just old building so it doesn't look the best but honestly that doesnt matter to me much as I would definitely stay here again. The materis was a slightly uncomfortable for me but other than that! Its amazing!"

"We stayed one night on our way through Osoyoos. Hotel is not the newest but was clean, comfortable and priced right. It is conveniently located near the city, shops and short walk to the lake. It’s next door to a great diner for breakfast."
